Pokemon Moon: Loonigen Fake Concept Sprite

A fake concept sprite for Pokemon Moon's legendary, Loonigen! Of course, this IS NOT 100% real. I just wanted to make a concept sprite for what I think Pokemon Moon's legendary is going to look like. Anyways, onto the info!

Name: Loonigen (Lunar+Moon+Jigen (Japanese word for "dimension"))
Species: Lunar Dimensional Pokemon

Dex Entry: "An ancient Pokemon from legends. Loonigen can create dimensional portals with its psychic powers, along with its four psychic wings, rings and orbs. Loonigen can also control or change the tide of the moon, creating either big or small tidal waves. It is said this Pokemon lives in a completely different dimension than ours."

Basic explanation in terms of the concept, basically a dragon that can control psychic elements. I wanted to also make this guy control and affect the tides in the ocean, just like how our moon does so. Despite this guy not being a Water-type (was originally going to be a Water/Psychic or Water/Dark-type with these abilities), I finally settled on this design. His scales, his "helmet" and his crescent moon tail have colors that sort of represent the moon, while his shiny colors with those represent a lunar eclipse with the moon.
